My phone drops a full or high signal as soon as i either receive or make a call

Currently using the original Moto G but for quite a while now, when I try to receive a phone call or make one, I lose signal and this only occurs when I'm either calling or if I'm trying to use my data.

It works for a while and then the signal drops; sometimes I get lucky and I can go through the entire call without dropping but that usually only happens after it's already dropped once and I have to recall.

What's the exact model number of your Moto G (or, if you know, which carrier was it originally from)? And which carrier are you currently using?
