Question my phone forced turns off by itself

While I was using my galaxy a53 5g phone, it turns off forced by itself, what that caused? Using Android 15

What was the battery level when it turned off? When you restarted, did it go through the whole bootup process, or did it just go straight to the screen you were on when it turned off?

If this only happened once, it can be difficult to pinpoint the cause. It might be an app that was malfunctioning that was causing system instability. If it happens with some regularity, it might suggest a hardware problem (like with the battery or motherboard).

If the problem persists and the phone is under warranty, it may be a good idea to contact Samsung sooner rather than later for warranty repair/replacement.

I'd suspect a hardware fault. It may be worth backing up your personal data, if not already done, as a safeguard against complete failure. At any rate, that can do no harm, so is not wasted effort even if the problem never recurs.
