My Phone Is Automatically Restarting. . .

Help me fix my phone.. (SM-G355H GALAXY CORE 2) My phone is restarting automatically ... Does reformating my phone fix my problem??

Nope.. When im using my messenger and when it lags coz by groupchat.. sometimes it will restart.. my power switch and battery is fine...

After a restart like that, go to Settings/General/Battery, tap the graph to get to the second page, take a screenshot and post it here (see How To Post Screenshots on Android Central). I suspect the battery (the problem is called a dendrite, and if the battery is creating one, it'll show on the graph very clearly).

If it restarts randomly, most likely your battery is bad or worn out. Buy a new battery.

Once, my tab s randomly restarts. Tried reflashing, factory reset but no luck. Someone recommend me to replace the battery. after replacing it, the random restart is gone!

Im not yet going to store... and my phone is no longer restarting automatically.... i dont know to my phone .. haha Thanks !
