My phone is no longer able to use mobile data

I've lost my ability to use mobile data. My phone says it's on but I can't receive photos in text msg or connect to the internet when wifi is not available. It's a new Sony xpieria.

Hi, what carrier are you using? Are you on a prepaid plan? This sounds like what happens to me when I run out of high speed data on my Cricket plan. It can happen much sooner than expected.

I'm not sure about my post being helpful at all in September. You might need to change your APN settings if your cell data isn't working. Good luck.
