LolWelcome to Android Central! Which phone? Details help -- would you go to your auto mechanic or doctor with this degree of ambiguity?
Safe Mode is always a good troubleshooting step, since it disables any 3rd party app you installed. If the phone runs much better, then you know the problem is due to something you installed.

My phone is not working as it was and I don't know what to do
OP was most likely a spammer. Not sure why folks engage them so much.
I'm pretty sure it only gives information if they've created an account. Without an account there really isn't anything to share/see because they don't exist. I also don't think you can hide your stats here at AC even if you wanted to.
In the meantime I agree with @B. Diddy if this were some kind of spam I feel like they would be trying to sell us something or the question would be more leading. Like, Do you think XYZ anti-virus is the best one to get? That gets people engaged by asking them what they are using, it causes clicks at the XYZ site as people go there to look at the product, and it stirs up things should people have a different opinion and take up sides for which is better. Spam by nature is meant to earn money and this fails that test.
Regardless it is still annoying to reply to questions and then get no feedback or reply.
Nothing tingles our Spidey-Senses more than the phrase "What is the best ...?"![]()
