My phone is requesting for a privacy protection password

My phone is an android Galace SQ p8 , i set the anti theft using cm security and provided 2 other numbers where a text can be sent if the line changes. when i changed the line i received messages on the 2 lines but could not interpret it coz its in chinese. my friend googled it and found that it says this phone is stollen. there is no password whatsoever. i have tried flashing but it doesnt help. Pleaseeeeee HEEEElp
