I cannot find my phone in the category thing and when I search it the htc one m8 come up and that's not mine. I'm looking for an answer to why my camera app 1.doesn't work 2.restarts my phone everytime I try to see if it works magically.

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. I suspect the steps for the First will be the same as for the One: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11779
If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
