My phone is unable to find a Google server,

[Android Central Question]

Jitterbug smartphone had to be factory reset, am unable to use either of my two accounts set up with gmail, open it for use. I can receive calls on it!!!

Welcome to Android Central! How far do you get in the Setup Wizard? Does it ask you for your Google account and password, and when you enter it, it tells you it's unable to connect to the Google server? Have you tried this on different wi-fi networks?
