This may be slightly long so any help would be really helpful, cheers!!
So I bought my HTC One Mini 2 less than a month ago ad today it just began playing up. It was okay at first but then it began deleting my apps and data so I decided to wipe my phone. I found out how to do it and tried to go on settings but it wouldn't let me and every time I pressed the settings button it would return me to the home screen. I then tried to do it by the buttons but as i have Fast-Boot enabled it wont work and the only way to disable fast boot is via settings. I then tried to reset it via the back up menu but every time i pressed reset i again returned me to the home menu. I've tried everything taking out the SIM, soft resets and just turning it off but nothing works!!
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to boot into Safe Mode? While powered on, press and hold Power until you see the Power Off menu appear. The press and hold Power Off until you see the Safe Mode prompt, and tap OK. If things boot up ok in Safe Mode, then some app you installed may be causing the instability. You can try uninstalling apps while in Safe Mode, or just do a factory reset from the Settings menu.

Yes I can boot up in safe mode. However it still wont allow me to access my settings or reset my phone, it just returns me to the home screem. I'm not sure if this will be helpful but every 2-3 minutes I get a notification saying that Google(something) has stopped working, even when I'm not using the app.

Sorry, I'm not sure what to do next. Have you spoken to your wireless carrier or to HTC about a replacement?

Yes I have I spoke to HTC and they have now organised for me to receive a completely new phone at no extra cost! Thanks for helping though! :)
