My Phone keep turning off...

Hey, just got a sgsII to try out, but the phone keeps turning off when its in my pocket or so...screen it locked, not with the "dots" unlock screen tho, but with the normal screen lock, any1 experience the same or just know how to make it stop....former owner had no problem with the phone turning off...

I have the epic 4G touch with sprint and mine does the same thing. I'm hoping its just a software issue that gets fixed with the ota update. It does it a few times a day.

Just tried to take the battery out and make sure the simcard Was plugged in right...seams to help ...
