my phone keeps freezing no matter what

my phone is a s7 edge and it had no problem until today it randomly keeps freezing no matter what i do.i have factory reset my phone yet it keeps freezing i have wiped my os and tried installing a new one but it freezes before it could install it

Welcome to the forums. What carrier do you have? What method were you trying to use to reflash the OS?

If it's still under warranty, might want to send it in. Sounds like a hardware problem.

I've seen someone on the forums with a similar problem and it turned out to be a bad micro-SD card. Do you have one of those installed?

Galaxy devices tend to not work well with non-Samsung cards.

i am currently using a samsung sd card and i tried removing it and it still freezes

Had similar issues with my s7 edge. kept freezing on me and shutting down and restarting. Wiped the phone still happened and SD card removed still happened. Eventually gave in and arranged with Samsung for it to be collected from my home so it could be repaired.
I was reading somewhere while this was going on that it possible could of been the firmware corrupted.

Send it back for repair.
