My Phone Keeps on Booting into Revovery Everytime HELP!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! I tried to Flash a custom rom and it rebooted but it booted into Recovery Mode and every time i turn on my phone it always goes into recovery mode.
