my phone keeps shutting down when connected to wifi.

I own an huawei Y360-U31 and i had problems with auto rebboting but now is solve when i got my phone back every time i try to connect to my wifi it just shut keeps rebboting. i have tried every thing such as mounting the SD card and wipe cache porpotion and safe mode it still doesnt work how can i fix this pls?

Hi! Have you tried a factory reset (assuming your photos, important information, etc are all backed up)?

What about resetting your WiFi router? Or turning your network connections off and then on again?

How old is your phone? Have you downloaded any new apps recently? Perhaps a new app is causing there to be bugs or glitches.

i had it for 1 year now and yes i recently downloded a new app but it is now deleted
