My phone LG G3 is off and only flickers, what do I do?

My phone lg g3 is off and only flickers

So a while ago my phone (lg g3) was working and charging with a cable connected to my computer. Suddenly my phone isn't turning on and when I plug it to charge the phone only flickers for half a second turns off repeatedly.

Try a different USB lead. Also, the USB port connector may be damaged. Of course there are other possibilities, but try those first.

Its the same person. I plugged it into a better cable from lg and now it flashes red the led and stays at 0%. its not the battery because I tried changing it with another lg g3 but it didn't work.

The battery maybe damaged as well. Try replacing the battery.

it stays at 0% and wont turn on with the red led blinking
