My phone shuts off when I connect an auxiliary device! Please help! (Galaxy S6 Edge)
I have two problems, of which one I cannot live with.
1. After the screen was repaired, my home button was just not the same. The click works but it feels shallow and shoddy. I'm slowly getting used to it, just thought I should note it.
2. Here's the dealbreaker - absolute dealbreaker. My earphones.. man I love those. I use them every single day. But ever since I got my phone back from repairs (Samsung Repairs, not some shoddy... guy in a clothing shop), my phone turns off when I plug in my earphones. Or any kind of auxiliary source. It just shuts off, doesn't even restart itself. I have to switch it back on. Can this be fixed? If not, I'll have to sell this phone. Most definitely.
