My phone still not update to the new Play Store

Have your S4 updated to the newest Play Store? When i'm tapping the version it says up to date. But on my Tab S 8.4 It's already been updated. Please Help.

It takes a while to roll out to everyone. My Nexus 5 just got the update a couple of days ago, and my 2013 Nexus 7 hasn't gotten it yet.

Mine updated a few days ago but my mum's one hasn't. She has an S3 mini. I'm sure it will update but it will just take some time.
