My Phone Storage is Screwed

So....
I just reinstalled my Samsung S5's ROM, And then it got locked by the Samsung account but I've unlocked it.

The problem right now is...

My phone only reads 4GB of ROM, But that's wrong, it should Be 16GB of ROM.
So i'm facing the "Phone storage is Full" problem.

SD Card works fine with My V-GEN 16GB MicroSD.

I wonder if the ROM is either corrupted or un-formatted, since my friend is not using it for years and the battery is still plugged in, i'm afraid of hardware failure or my phone hardware brokes.

If i have to format or reset my phone again, i'm afraid that the reactivation lock will occur again, because i can't turn off the reactivation lock checkbox

Any solution guys?

My Phone is :
Samsung Galaxy S5 Exynos (SM-G900H)
2GB RAM, 16GB ROM
Running at Android Marshmallow (6.0)

I would flash it using Odin. Firmware can be found here https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-s5/firmware/SM-G900H/
