My phone turned off suddenly when i'm using it and it cannot turn on since then. What should I do?

My phone turned off suddenly when i'm using it and it cannot turn on since then.

I have Samsung A3 and i went to a concert yesterday so i might have took alot of photos yesterday. Today, i was looking through the photos and tried editing them etc. but then my phone screen turned black. I didn't know what to do so i tried turning it off. Till now it still cannot turn on. i've tried charging and all but nothing happen.

This happened to my mum. We ended up taking it back to the shop and they sent it off and got it back in a week completely fixed and working
