My phone won't let me factory rest.

Hello, I currently have a Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 2, and I tried everything to facrory reset it but it won't work. I even tried the settings also the volume down and power and volume up and power and home button, but it doesn't seem to work..so if someone can help..it would be nice...

Make sure your pressing on Volume up, home and power buttons simultaneously while the device is turned off, whenever the Samsung logo appears let go (all three buttons) and that should take you to recovery mode, if that doesn’t work, do the following.

Search on Google “Find my phone Google”
Sign in with the Google account setup in the phone
Select the sevice you want to factory reset
Select the option “Consider erasing your device”
Follow the prompts

REMEMBER THE PHONE MUST BE CONNECTED TO INTERNET AMS LOCATIONS SHOULD BE ON
