My phone won't loading

[Android Central Question]

On my phone there was little memory.There was a warning.
After day pĥone fast turned off.
Menu appeared 'Supported API:3".So little memory.Android is not downloading.Only 2 options-try again and factory data reset.1-not working.2-i don't want to lost my files.
How do i run Android and save my files?
Phone-Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite.Android version-10.

At this point you going lose your data if didn't back up so try factory reset.

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think it has anything to do with running out of memory. It may be that there's a hardware issue, e.g. the memory chip on the motherboard has failed. There may not be much you can do, sorry.
