My phone won't pass from the Samsung second screen due to a bug/glitch with Ultra Saving Power Mode,

I Turned on the Ultra saving power mode before my battery died, the process which turns everything in black and disable several actions did not finish when my phone turned off. So I think thats why my phone (Galaxy A5 2017) won't pass the second Samsung logo, due to still is on USPM.
Is there a way to disable this option from the outside? without doing a Factory Reset?
