Hi, I actually have a One Touch Idol, but it is still Alcatel.
Earlier it basically shut itself down and now I can't get it to respond. I have tried constant reboots holding both the power key and volume up and nothing is working. I think it may have got a little wet earlier in the rain, but it was fine straight after when I came in, it has only had a problem about three hours after. I have put it in the airing cupboard for an hour to dry it out but I am still having no luck. Does anyone have any advice as to how to save my phone as it's really important for work etc. Thank you
