My phone won't turn off and stuck on the powered logo screen and there is no command.

When I turn off my phone using power button and hold it it shut down but automatically open but it stuck in the logo screen and when I do it I again it goes over and over and I cannot remove the battery.

Backup user data

Run graphic test

well I don't know?When I woke up I open my phone to look the time but when I open,I wait for many minutes and then when I turn it off to restart,it just happen.

Wipe the cache partition and reboot. Let us know what happened.

So when you hit reboot the phone what happens? Just keeps going to the logo?
If so back up your device with the option you show me and factory reset .
