My phones battery quickly drains

Hi i just bought this phone 3 months ago (leagoo t1) on a online shopping platform i use it for my work, texts, calls, emails and sometimes i play cytus 2 the problem is when the battery percent is at 40% it quickly drain it only last for like 5 mins so i just charge it anyways
should i change the battery?, cuz this phone's battery is non removable.
or its just the OS having problems cuz one time i charge my phone at 10% its charge slow and at 57% it just stays there so i unplug it i look for another outlet wait for like 5 mins then i saw it charge to 72% and then another 5 mins its already charged.

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds like a failing battery. That phone looks like it's about 2.5 years old, so I'm guessing you got it used or refurbished. The previous owner might not have treated the battery very well, thus resulting in its current state.

My phone's quickyly draining, at first 30% it l quickly drains and now at 60% sometimes it charge slows there are times stuck at a % i just leave it then after 5 mins its already at 70% then after a couple of mins its completely charge
is this a battery problem or charger port?

What phone do you have? How long have you been using it? Are you using the wall charger, or are you using a USB port on your PC to charge? Are you using the original charging cable or a different charging cable?

Yeah i'm using a leagoo t1 bought it 3 months ago cuz its on a sale that time i use it as my second phone for my work, well i'm using a different wall charger (vivo) cuz the original charger and cord are not workin i guess those are just old ones
