my power of button is not responding

Hi please any advice because after rooting and installing the CWM RECOVERY on my s4 GT-i9500 and trying to change the boot animation and any settings in ROM TOOLBOX and ROOT BROWSER I just noticed that my screen timeout is not working anymore and I can't turn it off and i have no boot animation it only shows blank screan. I already tried to factory reset and wipe cache but still not working. Any advice please.

so when you remove the battery and slot back in, your phone wont come on?
