my problem is "unfortunately s note has stopped"

Greetings,
From around one month, I have Sumsung Galaxy note pro 12.2. I just get today this problem with S note app. After around two minutes starting to write something, it stops and gives me " unfortunately s note has stopped". I tried many solutions on the web, such as cleaning the cashe or downloading new language. Nothing works with me. I am student and this app is essential to me. I would be grateful if someone could help me and give a solution.

Have you tried resetting the device? Sounds like the next step, since you have cleaned cashe, ect.

Yes, I made a factory reset but the problem remains !!!

I clean the cashe again and I clear also the data. It seems to work well.

I have the same problem, I tried reset the Samsung 12.2 pro, and this problem happens. I tried to not restore my backup samsung with old notes. after same times the message appear "unfortunately S notes has stopped.".

I tried to change and put a new language in settings. keeps happening.
