My quick connect on my note 5 disappeared

My quick connect is no where to be found. I did a factory reset and it was there and then it was gone again.

I think it has changed to screen mirroring which isn't as good as quick connect. I liked the quick connect option way better for connecting to my tv because I could put a movie on and still use my phone without compromising the movie playing on screen. Now with screen mirroring I can't use my phone while the movie is playing.
Please bring back quick connect!!!
