My radio looses reception if I run the engine or charge anything up. Sat nav or mobile

Hi I'm having issues with my motorhome stereo. When only the radio is switched on it works fine. As soon as I plug in my sat nav or mobile I loose everything except radio 2. And its also picking up some interference when the engine is running. Can any help who has had simular issues or anyone know how to sort this?

I suggest you would be better asking on a dedicated auto-electrics forum. At a guess the suppressor on your motorhome is failing along with other electrical issues.
