My recorded calls disappeared from my Galaxy s8. How do I get them back?

Have a call recording app. The log disappeared as well.Both sides of conversation recorded well.

Welcome to Android Central! I assume this is a 3rd party call recorder -- which one is it? Have you tried contacting that app's developer?
