I rooted my phone using the HTC Dev Method on a 1.5.. now when i try to recovery it just reboots up. Someone please help I tried using ROM manager and it still won't let me go into recovery.. I really want to flash the Miui ROM but i can't because of this

The 1.5 bootloader is tricky to flash roms, look for a post to walk you through it, but quickboot ( the app) will let you boot right into recovery. Worth a shot.

Hey I have the same issue and have tried everything Still cant get into recovery any other options?
I have booted in Hboot, rom manager, boot manager, fast boot is not checked in settings.

Quickboot app is your friend.... and turn of quickboot in settings, if u don't want to use an app,
App is super easy tho

make sure the recovery is properly flashed! I believe you could use the android SDK with this command

Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
where recovery.img is replaced with the image of TWRP or CWM

Have you flashed CWM? If so you have to get to recovery though fastbootUSB using commands (replace fastboot with ./fastboot-mac (for macs) or ./fastboot-linux (for linux))

fastboot boot cwm-4.0.1.4-shooter.img

If you havent flashed CWM you need to do that through fastboot also.

also, just so you know when you flash ROM's through recovery after using the HTC unlock method, you have to flash the boot.img for said rom through fastbootUSB commands as well
