I haven't uninstalled or removed any apps since beginning of month yet over 6 gigs have been used. This started last month. My usage habits haven't changed. It's running me out 4g weeks before my plan will renew. I can account for all the apps usage but this one.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? That information just tells you how much data the apps used before they were uninstalled, and it groups together all uninstalled apps. Are you saying that even without uninstalling more apps, the number keeps growing?
