My ringtone continues to play during a phone call and after I hang up.

I have a Galaxy S8 and use a Plantronics earpiece. I get a call, phone vibrates or ringtone plays, I answer my phone, and I continue to hear the ringtone at the same time I am trying to have a conversation. When call is disconnected, I still hear the ringtone in my headset. I've checked my volume settings when it is doing this and see that the media volume is set on low, but not off, and it will not allow me to turn it off. The only solution I have found is to restart my phone, then it's okay for awhile. I'm thinking this started after an upgrade. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a preinstalled or custom ringtone?

This seems to apply for several of us, using Plantronics headsets. I use Plantronics Voyager Legend and this issue occur now and then.
