My S10 samsung health cycling app does not track distance cycled

My Samsung S10 has the location enabled as well as auto detect workouts. My walking gets tracked fine but when i go and cycle and I launch the cycle app in S-health, it starts but does not log my distance. it instead logs steps as if I was walking. I have restarted the app and cleared cache and it does not work.

Maybe completely reset it by clearing data then force stop , if your sign into your Samsung account and sync everything should repopulate
