my s3 gt i9300 has no os and is not rooted help help please i feel baaad

i rooted my s3 successfully later i tried to install glamours5 after installing twrp on final stage it failed.so i used odin to install StOCK RECOVERy. tHIS REMOVED EVERtHING FROM M FROM NOW the phone is not rooted and it does not have os nothng has remained only s3 logo....please help me i just bought the phone one month ago i feel wasted and stupid

If you can still get into download mode, you can reflash a stock ROM with Odin.

Either from sammobile or Samsung updates .com. Look for your exact model number.
