my s3 screen is not responding

pls how do I make my screen function. I have tried the factory setting u suggested but it dint work. the home key, volume and power buttons are working. the problem is the touch screen. wat do I do

Welcome to Android Central! What factory setting are you referring to? Do you mean you tried a factory reset?

If the touchscreen is still not responding after a factory reset, then it's probably a hardware problem. Take it to a repair shop--maybe they can replace the screen.
