My S4 has bad WiFi reception, how can I make it better?

My S4 has bad WiFi reception

All of a sudden my phone won't detect or barely pick up a signal. My wife's phone (S4) has good reception in the same spot. Is it possible that the antenna is broke? What else could be the issue? Any help would be appreciated.
