my s4 rotation screen dont work

Welcome to Android Central! Is the setting actually turned on in Settings>Accessibility​? Does this persist after a reboot?

I once found that the auto-rotate setting had been switched to off....I've no idea how. It's always worth checking there first.

But is the Auto-Rotate setting still on? If so, does it ever auto-rotate when you're using apps like YouTube or the browser? If it never auto-rotates, then phone's orientation sensors might be faulty. Use an app like CPU-Z to test the various sensors.
