My s5 plays "unknown ringtone"!

I have a really strange issue.
It of a sudden, my phone won't play set ringtone but an "unknown" one. It says so when I go to ringtones. Then I change it back to the one I want but it still plays the unknown one! Any ideas?

Where is the ringtone you're setting stored? I've had issues in the past when the ringtone is stored on the external SD Card.

You might be on to something. I've changed ringtone to one of Samsung default ones and it plays. But still won't play the one I got from zedge. Dunno where it's stored?

I think you can set the storage location in Zedge's settings. I've used that app before and had no issues with the ringtones. Just make sure that they are being saved to your device's internal memory.
