My s6 edge wont turn on after overheating and turning off

[AC Question]

I left my phone at 15% battery to charge for about an hour. when i got back, it was turned off, and very very hot. I put it near the ac to cool it down. I tried turning it on and doing the factory reset (down volume + power button) but nothing works. It won't turn on. help me.

Welcome to Android Central! The battery might have failed (and hopefully not the motherboard). Bring it to a repair shop and see if replacing the battery is all you need.
