My Samsung earphone's left ear stops working

Hi everyone,

I am using a pair of Samsung earphone with mic. Suddenly the right earbuds did not work. I have tried all the settings in phone, laptop and it's the same. The interesting thing is that when I hold the button on the mic on that side of the earphone (right side), i can hear clearly. I wonder what is the problem and how to fix it.

Welcome to the forums! Have you already tried using a different pair of earphones? Same problem?

I have used a different pair of earphones in the same device, and it's perfectly fine. Only the samsung pairs have problem. Thanks.
