Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet is it? Samsung has made quite a few 10" tablets.

Have you already let it charge up on a wall outlet overnight, without disturbing it? After it charges up, press and hold Power for at least 10-15 seconds to see if it comes on.

I know this is old, but if you are talking about the OG 10.1, you can hold down the power button and the volume down key to force it to reboot if it's not because of lack of power.

(I had that happen twice and the first time I assumed the tablet died, it hadn't. Just a glitch.) Apparently, this is a common issue with that tablet as it ages.
