My Samsung Galaxy 6, has a blank screen, and a light blue flashing light, its fully charged

My Samsung Galaxy 6, has a blank screen, and a light blue flashing light, its fully charged it just randomly shut off i've tried all resets nothing has worked it almost turned on it got to start up screen then went blank again, the screens just blank what do i do?
