My Samsung Galaxy A71 5G AT&T model (716-U) won’t come on

[Android Central Question]

My battery died on my a71 so when I got it home and plugged in the charger I got the lightening bolt so I left it plugged in and checked about an hour later and nothing. Phone wouldn’t come on and still lightening bolt. So I left it for several hours still nothing. We did a soft reset and it would load the Samsung menu then go black and reload Samsung menu. We then did a factory reset through the recovery menu. After this I got the phone to come on and actually login and set it up but the battery stayed on 0%. So I powered phone off and now it is back to being stuck in Samsung logo only when on the charger. I forgot to mention I did replace battery. If anyone could please help. I would greatly appreciate it. I don’t want to give up because I really love the phone
