My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will not conect to wifi?

[AC Question]

I have had my Note 4 for about a month and half. When I first got it I was able to get on the internet and my wifi would stay on. Now my wifi is off and every time I try and turn my wifi on it just turns off again it will not connect. I really need to have access to the internet. How can I fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen with any wi-fi network? Do you have any power-saving modes turned on?

I have tried both of those things and now wiped it to factor settings and it still is doing it. What can I do Now?

Perhaps a connection came loose inside the phone. You'd have to bring the phone to a repair shop to check, unless you want to try opening it up yourself. There are DIY videos on YouTube for this kind of thing.

Have you downloaded some kind of battery saver app? They're bad for turning off wifi!?

Contact your carrier you should be able to get a warranty replacement.
