my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra is missing the sim card manager.

[Android Central Question]

This has made it impossible for the network carrier to install the esim since they says it should be domiciled within the sim card manager. Kindly help since Samsung centre have failed to help me.

The network referred me to Samsung alleging its needs a software upgrade while interestingly Samsung has interestingly referred me back to the network carrier.

Please note that my phone is updated with the Samsung updates.

What should i do?

Factory reset it...you'll default everything back to the out of the box settings, and the phone will also automatically update whatever needs updating. If that doesn't fix it, it's probably time to exchange it under warranty for another one.

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you buy the phone from? What's the exact model number of the phone? If it was intended for a certain region for a certain carrier, it might not be compatible with the one you're trying to activate it on.

If you go to settings >connection >do you have my screen shot?
Are you in the US or different region ,in US you need andriod 12 .
Whos your carrier , do they support esim.

Possible your carrier dont support it
