My Samsung Galaxy S3 is highlighting random things

Hi so my gs3 was talking back to me when I had an app turned on so I disabled google and samsung TTS but it is still highlighting 90% of things like it does when TTS is turned on. What do I do?

On the Note 2 there is a driving mode setting, pull down the notification bar and disable it
