my samsung galaxy S3 was stock in the safe mode

how can i fixed it, ill restart but the safemode are still in my phone windows

Unmount and Remove your SD card if you are using one, then try the Power Off and Restart again.
If no go, do a Cache Partition wipe.
If still no go, get back to us.

For all users that are stuck in Safe Mode.

Use the same procedure again (that activated safe mode) to get it back to normal.

Nothing seemed to work for me at my Note 4, just did the same again and voila..... back in business.

Note: the Tapping and holding the safe mode notification BS did not help me at all.
