My Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-19500 keeps flashing the logo

[Android Central Question]

Hi, I was in the middle of a game when my phone just died, and it was on full charge. I bought the phone back in 2013, or 2014 sometime, so it's a few years old. Then what it does is it keeps showing the Samsung start logo ( Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-19500) and going blank. I've tried putting in a new battery but that doesn't work, next I tried holding in the power button, home button and volume button/s but that does nothing. Any feed back on what to do??

Welcome to Android Central! How new is the new battery? Did you let it charge up for at least 6 hours with the new battery before trying to power on again?
