My samsung galaxy s6 edge does not turn on, any help?

[AC Question]

I was simply using my phone for a little bit. Then I went to get something, lock my phone and then I pull it out a little bit later and it doesn't even turn on. I tried charging it and everything but not even the charging icon shows up. I tried looking for a solution online, asking friends, and asking Samsung but no one has any idea. Also, I already tried rebooting it with the special button holds but nothing works still.

Welcome to Android Central! The phone must still be under warranty, so you can always contact Samsung for warranty repair. Or you could bring it back to the wireless store where you got it and show them the problem--they might exchange it for you on the spot, even if you've had it for more than the usual 14 day return period.
