My Galaxy S6 doesn't accept my passcode or fingerprint. It says I have 3 tries left to get in -- and it's threatening factory reset. It's not even giving me an option to use my Google password (as other Samsung devices do). My carrier is Verizon.
I'm concerned about losing photos I just took backcountry hiking. I was completely offline and did not have a chance to backup. I'm currently in Canada, by Calgary.
(btw -- I definitely don't have my passcode wrong. This has happened to me once before, and the phone reset, wiped out everything. I thought it was a blip. I guess it's an ongoing issue...)
